Although planning meals is a breeze, here is a step-by-step on how to plan your meals, just in case! 

  1. Find Family Daily on the App Store and download it to your phone or other device.

  2. Create an account and ensure each family member is connected to the account. 

  3. On the toolbar at the bottom of the app, click on “Meal Plan.”

  4. Once you have clicked “Meal Plan,” you will be brought to a page that shows three days at a time (showing the current day first) with mealtime slots of breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. To find the days for the rest of the week, you will continue scrolling right.

  5. Decide on which meal you want to plan. You will click on the preferred date and meal, where you can then add the dish you want to cook for that meal. If you are unsure of what to do, you can click “add from recipes,” where you can search through the +5,000 recipes on the app! 

  6. Once a meal is found, you will click the meal and then “add to breakfast (or lunch, dinner, etc.). 

  7. Click save, and it will bring you back to the page with the other meal slots. Voila, you have your first meal planned! 

An important thing to note is that as long as each family member is connected to the same account, everyone can add and edit this meal plan. This is a great way for everyone to get what they want to eat for the week!
